Refund policy

Returns

Customers have the right to cancel the order. The period in which the customer can cancel the order starts from the day the order is initially made, and lasts until 30 consecutive days from the day after receipt of the goods. In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer within 30 days. Customer will be responsible for return costs plus any other additional costs that might occur. The 30 day refund period will begin on the day the consumer has given notice to cancel the order. This cancellation right is in case the goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose or match their description. However, when the board is custom made for the customer only or purchased during a special promotion like SUPER SPECIAL or FRIDAY SPECIAL, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours or in specific the custom made orders until the design has been confirmed by mail.

Exchange

To exchange a board, the board must not be used and must still be in new condition.  Swapping boards is not possible when it comes to Custom Boards. If the customer wishes to exchange the board for a different design or size for any reason, the customer is responsible for the full shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the exchanged board.

Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Lieuweboars are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. They hold a validity period of two years from the date of purchase and can be utilized for the purchase of any product available on our website.

Once purchased, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances. By purchasing and/or using our gift cards, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Custom conditions

1. Cancellations

All made to order products like: Custom, Super Special and Friday Special orders can't be cancelled or returned.
Each special / custom board is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be modified, cancelled or returned.

Custom orders: Through the order proces you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized board cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. Adding a name to the board is a custom order.

2. Returns

Your Custom / Super Special / Friday Special board is "made to order" just for you and we cannot accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly.
